Delivery Details

Plants That Grow offer our customers two delivery services: first being our local delivery service which is suitable for delivery in the surrounding areas of us in Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgshire. All the plants are delivered by ourselves and a small fee is chargeable depending on the amount ordered, the fee averages at £5.00

Secondly, delivery via courier, we use next day delivery services from DHL. Because our plants are BIG and often weighty the fee for this service is only £5.95 (£11.80 is payable if it is a large order, ie. over £100, we will be in touch with you if this is applicable) so even if your order needs to go in ten boxes you will only pay for two boxes max! This service is nationwide throughout the UK mainland.

All the plants will be removed from their containers and placed in plastic bags, this is to reduced the parcel weight and also the plants can be more tightly compacted with their soil and makes for a safer journey........they don't slip and slide around!!! We have used this method for countless deliveries and find it is the most effective and safest way of securing our plants in transit, and our customers think so too!
